MAHA was looking for a reliable manufacturing partner for precision thermoformed plastic components used in the original equipment manufacture of vehicle testing systems and lifting platforms. The partnership began with a protective cover for the Econ two-post vehicle lift.

The Challenge
Rau GmbH was looking for a manufacturing partner for a new leak-testing device – one capable of producing complex thermoformed components while also considering ease of assembly from the outset. Pfanzelt wanted to replace the existing multi-piece welded sheet metal bonnets on its Felix forestry tractor with an attractive, functional and durable plastic alternative. The company also needed precision thermoformed and hand-laminated components for its vehicle cabins.
