Our apprentices make it happen!
At the Jobchancen career fair in Bad Wörishofen, Milena, a commercial apprentice, and Christian, an apprentice in plastics and rubber technology, helped shape our presence from start to finish.
There was plenty going on at the stand, and they shared personal insights into their day-to-day apprenticeship. Who knows – perhaps we’ll soon be welcoming some of the people we met as our newest apprentices at Huber. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day a success!

Welcome to the Huber team, Christian!
Christian Detzel started his apprenticeship as a Plastics and Rubber Technologist specialising in Moulded Parts with us on 1 September.
His apprenticeship combines technology, practical skills and modern plastics processing. Step by step, he’ll learn what it takes to manufacture high-quality technical components and gain hands-on experience across the production process.
We’re delighted to have you on board and wish you a great start and every success with your apprenticeship, Christian!

Two TecPart innovation awards 2025 for Huber
We entered three products in the 2025 TecPart Innovation Award – and came home with two awards!
Thanks to the expertise and creativity of our 85 employees, we were able to turn these innovative ideas into outstanding products. Our complete frame for control housings and our multi-part air duct not only impressed the jury, but really caught their attention.

Exclusive feature in the German "K-PROFI" plastics magazine
After Gabriele Rzepka approached us at KPA in Ulm earlier this year, we’re delighted to now share our exclusive feature in K-PROFI. The article highlights how Huber is opening up new opportunities in the blue-light and emergency services market by combining the thermoforming of transparent materials with fibre-reinforced composite technology.

A new fire engine for the local fire brigade featuring Huber plastic components
We’re very proud that our local fire brigade in Wiedergeltingen now has a new fire engine. It was built by Josef Lentner GmbH in Hohenlinden and, of course, features components made by Huber.
As a way of showing our appreciation for the dedication of our local firefighters, Huber’s management decided to equip the new fire engine with a tablet. We would like to thank our firefighters for their commitment and tireless service to the community!

Huber supports local food bank with donation
Since inflation and the energy crisis, food banks have become increasingly important across Germany. In Bad Wörishofen, Christine and Maximilian Huber supported the local food bank with a donation of €3,000.
Founded almost 20 years ago, the organisation supports many people in need in the region. The donation will help fund improvements to the facility, including the construction of a new waiting area.
Award-winning plastics engineering: Huber wins two TecPart innovation awards
Huber Kunststoff & Technik received the TecPart Innovation Award twice at the plastics trade fair in Düsseldorf. The awards recognised outstanding achievements in design, manufacturing technology and innovative plastics solutions.
The two winning projects were the technical component of a lamp holder and light lens, and the technical component of a rear partition wall for a luxury limousine, highlighting Huber’s expertise in developing high-quality, technically demanding plastic components. Cheers to our new Huber canteen!
Since November 2022, Huber Kunststoff & Technik employees have been able to enjoy their breaks in the company’s own canteen. A selection of hot meals is available to order in advance, alongside a range of hot and cold drinks. The modern, comfortable canteen is open throughout the day and is also a popular place to take a break outside of lunchtime – whether for a quick coffee, a bite to eat or a chance to catch up with colleagues.
Old bus in new splendour
Nothing off-the-shelf at Huber Kunststoff & Technik. But the project for Steber-Tours was something particularly special: we were tasked with restoring a Fiat 626 RNL bus dating back to 1949.
The new, curved panoramic windows were painstakingly crafted from Makrolon®. The result speaks for itself.
Discovering technical plastics: A workshop for year 8 pupils
The youngsters got hands-on with small practical tasks in different areas of our technical plastics production and had the chance to find out more about the various apprenticeships we offer. We’d be delighted to welcome some of them back to Huber in the future – as apprentices!
Inaugural health day at Huber Kunststoff & Technik
With a wealth of practical information and advice, our first-ever Health Day made an important contribution to promoting health and wellbeing at Huber Kunststoff & Technik. Because we want all our employees to stay fit, healthy and well – both at work and beyond.
Donations for Ukraine
Huber Kunststoff & Technik supported the “Bavaria Helps Ukraine” campaign organised by Antenne Bayern with a donation of €500. With this contribution, we wanted to support the campaign’s efforts to provide help and assistance to people affected by the war in Ukraine.
Donations for the flood disaster in the Ahr valley
The devastating floods in the Ahr valley claimed many victims and damaged thousands of buildings. Huber Kunststoff & Technik has decided to support the campaign “Aktion Deutschland hilft” (Germany helps) with a financial donation.

From Kneippland to the world: trainee Philipp Helmut, Christian Dannhart, Managing Director of Kneipp-Verlag, and our owners Maximilian Huber Jr and Maximilian Huber Sr proudly present the ergonomically designed Kneipp arm bath.
Developed and manufactured by Huber Kunststoff & Technik, the arm bath combines functional design, high-quality materials and ergonomic comfort – bringing the Kneipp experience to homes around the world.
